The aim of this hosting website is to provide a world wide central directory for all associations, clubs and commercial interests related to any part of these sports.

We are offering the first 100 associations, companies and clubs, who do not have charitable status their first years hosting FREE.

As you are well aware the three British Field Sports are Hunting, Shooting and Fishing which have been in existence for centuries and are dependant upon Farming. All have evolved into highly disciplined activities centred on conservation and not cruelty as currently alleged.

The function of this website is a central source to collect and correlate all the associations, clubs and commercial interested involved in these pursuits world-wide. This service will allow quick and easy access for all those wishing to participate in these sports. Interest has already been shown from as far a way as Canada, USA, Italy and Russia.

This hosting website is an expansion of the original website Foxhuntingstories.co.uk and the banning of Foxhunting, which resulted in overwhelming interest from kindred organisations and commercial interests, requesting to be a link to Foxhuntingstories. This prompted us to create this new website.

It was felt that the name Foxhuntingstories.co.uk was no longer appropriate and considered that a wider picture was required, thus the URL BritishTraditionalFieldSports.co.uk was gained in March 2006 and more recently BritishTradionalFieldSports.com in August 2007.
